In-store Pick-up
If you are located in BC, you can choose to pick-up the items at our store located in Yaletown, Vancouver. As lead times for the items vary, we will send you an email when your order is ready to pick up. Store pick-ups are complimentary.

White Glove Service- Greater Vancouver
Your furniture items will be delivered inside your home by white glove delivery service providers, where they’ll unpack and inspect each item, place it in your room of choice, and provide assembly. For added convenience, all packing materials will be removed. Any damage is automatically insured and will be remedied without cost to you. White Glove Shipping provides the highest peace of mind for your furniture investment.

By-Mail
Please contact us at info@dwelliving.com for the items you wish to return. Carefully pack up your items and purchase a return label from the shipping carrier of your choice.
Once we've received your item and inspected it to ensure the original condition, we'll process a refund to the original payment method (or store credit if requested). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return In-Store
Refunds and exchanges can be processed in-store at 1062 Homer Street, Vancouver BC. Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the returned item value. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
